My mission is to provide accounting and tax solutions that are affordable and meet the needs of my clients. I want to provide excellent client service. My experience and education make for a winning combination for all of my clients.
Kim White I have over 20 years of both tax and accounting experience. I worked 10 years in several public accounting firms and 12 years in the private sector of accounting before going out on my own. I also specialize in small construction companies and have done the accounting and taxes for restaurants, personal service businesses, attorneys, doctors, and manufacturing firms. I provide movie production accounting services. I was certified with QuickBooks as a QuickBooks Advisor in 2005 (although I do not currently have that certification). I have set up countless sets of books and provided training to in-house bookkeepers.
I also have experience with Peachtree, Wind2, and Great Plains software to name a few. I have created customized billing systems using MS Access, Word, and Excel. I excel at troubleshooting accounting software issues and training accounting staff. I was certified in Human Resource Management by Sterling Management Systems out of CA in 1999. I have experience as a Human Resource Coordinator and have created Employee Handbooks, Procedural Manuals, and managed Employee Benefits.
I have been instrumental in implementing HR strategies for several clients. I earned an Associates in Accounting from Virginia Western Community College and my BBA from Averett University. I have a Masters of Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and intend to sit for the CPA exam.
